Hey there! If you have purchased an item and when you purchased it the product was on backorder, it can take up to three weeks for that item to be shipped off! It takes longer because of the fact I am making everything by hand and that can take some time. If it ever will take longer than three weeks I will try to give notice! You will get your order though! Even if it takes more time you will get your order!
